A TIE

What is more real
That which happens
knowing that you
will see
Or that which happens
despite knowing
you may never see
What is more blind
the way I saw all your
assaults as frantic efforts
to hear me cry out your name
or the way you did not
see all my escapes
as frantic efforts to stop
a natural force
What is more blind ?
Love or hate ?
What ties you forever ?
Love or hate ?

I untied the knot, I was free when I loved ,

I have little experience with getting over hatred

  1. This poem is about blindness of two persons one in hate and does several assaults on another ‘s integrity and blindness of the victim who thinks the abuser will not do anything to harm her. One she realizes the truth , the process of becoming neutral to the assaults takes time. Perhaps it is difficult to forgive those who intentionally hurt you and are not sorry for their actions. Hatred is just righteous anger , I am sure there will be no friendship after violation of boundaries.

Love is easy and welcomed. Hatred is tattos to our mind and body. Take acceptance of the pain and to appreciate the scars left.

  3. Gratitude fr the counsel. Easier said than done. Especially if you misinterpreted hate as love for a long time , finally he or they succeed in destroying your goodness , you become like them….
